ScoliCare is looking to recruit a full-time Finance Manager/ Management Accountant to be based out of our Head Office in Kogarah in the south of Sydney.

THE ROLE
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day to day financial management requirements of the business, including cash management, management of finance facilities, financial reporting and working with team members to develop efficient processes and procedures to support the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in establishing financial reporting procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated & hands on finance manager to contribute to the successful international expansion within the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Management
- Prepare accurate and complete Monthly Management Accounts in a timely manner including preparation and management of the month end timeline
- Manage accounts receivable/payable functions
- Oversee Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Responsible for BAS, Payroll Tax returns and other Statutory obligations
- Manage foreign exchange exposure
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Contribute to preparation annual budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of Cashflow forecasts
Reporting
- Partner with business unit managers to assist in understanding and improving their business unit results
- Develop and Produce KPI dashboards
- Prepare year end accounts
Franchise Reporting
- Establish Franchise Management Reporting processes in collaboration with COO
- Franchise onboarding as required
- Monitor performance of Franchisees
- Liaise with US Auditors & Accountants to ensure compliance
Other Duties

- Manage key finance projects as required.
- Finance Champion for implementation of Operational and financial systems and ensure this is implemented efficiently and effectively
