Chiropractor, Dr. Xavier Counts, is ScoliCare Louisville Kentucky’s Head Clinician. Dr. Xavier knew at a young age he wanted to be involved with helping people. While completing his BS in Biology, he enlisted in the US Army and received advanced trauma training as a medic. While working in VA Hospitals all over the country, he saw a need for true healthcare, not “sickcare”, and enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic.
Following Chiropractic school in 2014, he and his wife opened and continue to run Middletown Family Chiropractic. Through his family practice, he began to see cases of scoliosis and became frustrated with the non-surgical options to treat scoliosis. He began training and certifications to treat and manage scoliosis and hyperkyphosis in 2017. After becoming certified through ScoliCare, as well as the CLEAR Scoliosis Institute, Dr. Xavier is focused on giving patients of all ages options to achieve results.
He launched ScoliCare Louisville in 2024 and now all of Kentucky has access to the latest research and technology related to natural scoliosis treatment.

Ashley Monin is ScoliCare Louisville Kentucky’s Scoliosis Rehabilitation Therapist. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a master’s degree in Biomechanics from the University of Kentucky. After completing her degrees, she moved back to Bardstown, Kentucky with her now husband and worked in pharmacy operations. After the birth of her daughter, Ashley decided on a career change. With the exercise and biomechanical background that Ashley’s passion for helping others, her drive to grow personally and professionally, make her a great addition to the ScoliCare Louisville team.

Rebekah graduated from the University of Louisville in 2021 where she received her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with a track in Exercise Science. She has always been intrigued by human anatomy and how it works! She wants to help people learn how to manage their care through ScoliBalance. Her motivation is to help assess patient progress, and help you meet your goals! In her free time, she loves to read and go to the lake with her husband and dog.
