Dr. McAviney is the CEO of ScoliCare® and one of the world’s leading authorities on non-surgical scoliosis treatment.
With a Masters degree in Pain Medicine as well as a Masters degree in Chiropractic, Dr. McAviney brings a wealth of experience in scoliosis treatment, education, and research.
Dr. McAviney oversees all cases and gives guidance to the clinical team. He drives research development initiatives to ensure patients get access to the latest and most evidence based procedures. He is also a Board Member of SOSORT (The International Society on Scoliosis Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Treatment).

Rose Mirenzi
Rose manages education and training at ScoliCare®, is a physiotherapist, speaker, educator, and writer, and has extensive experience in assessing and treating patients with scoliosis.
Rose has been instrumental in further developing the ScoliBalance concept created over many years by ScoliCare’s CEO, Dr. Jeb McAviney. ScoliBalance is ScoliCare®’s physiotherapeutic scoliosis specific exercise program which is followed in ScoliCare® clinics and by ScoliBalance Providers worldwide. The program was developed with the patient in mind, using the most current evidence based practices and the wealth of experience of the ScoliCare® team, to ensure more patients could access effective treatment.
Rose works with a variety of health professionals internationally to improve the early detection and treatment of patients with scoliosis through education and research. Rose also manages ScoliCare®’s research team, striving towards improving scoliosis research. In 2022 she presented research results at SOSORT’s annual conference in San Sebastian.
Rose has completed advanced training in scoliosis specific rehabilitation, including Schroth, SEAS, and Lyon methods. She is a SOSORT member and currently Chair of the Membership Committee and a member of the Scoliosis Research Society. Rose has travelled the world extensively to connect with world experts in scoliosis.

Chiropractor, Dr. Xavier Counts, is ScoliCare Louisville Kentucky’s Head Clinician. Dr. Xavier knew at a young age he wanted to be involved with helping people. While completing his BS in Biology, he enlisted in the US Army and received advanced trauma training as a medic. While working in VA Hospitals all over the country, he saw a need for true healthcare, not “sickcare”, and enrolled at Logan College of Chiropractic.
Following Chiropractic school in 2014, he and his wife opened and continue to run Middletown Family Chiropractic. Through his family practice, he began to see cases of scoliosis and became frustrated with the non-surgical options to treat scoliosis. He began training and certifications to treat and manage scoliosis and hyperkyphosis in 2017. After becoming certified through ScoliCare, as well as the CLEAR Scoliosis Institute, Dr. Xavier is focused on giving patients of all ages options to achieve results.
He launched ScoliCare Louisville in 2024 and now all of Kentucky has access to the latest research and technology related to natural scoliosis treatment.

Dr. Patricia (Patty) became interested in becoming a chiropractor after her own life-changing experience while playing volleyball at Colorado State University. Sidelined with a back injury, she was at risk of losing her athletic scholarship until a chiropractor relieved the pain and put her back in the game. Her personal experience led her into chiropractic where she felt she could help others find the cause of their problem and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.
She graduated Cum Laude from LIFE Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia, in 1993, where she also crossed paths with Dr. Anthony. Since then, they’ve been building their practice together, positively impacting and changing the lives of many people.

Rebecca is an experienced Rehabilitation Provider of the ScoliBalance program and leads the rehabilitation team at ScoliCare®. Rebecca has worked extensively with adolescent, juvenile and adult patients who have scoliosis and other structural spine changes, while also empowering them to lead full and active lives.
Rebecca is one of the developers and educators of the ScoliBalance program, which provides scoliosis specific exercises to patients with scoliosis and hyperkyphosis. She is responsible for the leadership, mentoring and training of all Australian rehabilitation staff, as well as a key educator and trainer at ScoliBalance certification courses. She works closely with all clinical staff, as well as the Head of Education and Research, to ensure that all courses and treatment programs are evidence-based and clinically current.

Sarah holds a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Sarah believes educating each individual is the key for positive treatment outcomes and will provide education along with physical rehabilitation throughout the Scoliosis treatment program.

Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney. She has clinical experience across a range of areas including musculoskeletal, metabolic and chronic health conditions.
Grace completed her student placement at ScoliCare®, where she developed a strong interest in scoliosis rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their posture, strength, and overall spinal health through a personalised approach. Grace is committed to supporting each client with empathy, education and a collaborative approach throughout their rehabilitation journey.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and staying active through Pilates, ice skating, netball and dance.

Rachel Robinson
Rachel is the Clinic Manager for ScoliCare® Naples, Florida. She is originally from Clare, Michigan but has been living in Naples since 2019. Rachel has over 7 years of experience in both medical and chiropractic offices, having previously worked in management, as a medical assistant, and in front desk roles. You can find her in the office doing everything from assisting Dr. T. during a ScoliBrace fitting to guiding patients in their journey from their first point of contact with the clinic. She has a genuine interest in scoliosis as she was diagnosed with it in her teens. Rachel is always happy to answer any questions about her experience and the role Dr. T. has played in relieving her pain associated with the diagnosis.

Erin grew up in Oceanside NY, the youngest of five children, and fell in love with gymnastics at the age of 6. Her family eventually moved to Florida where Erin went to middle school and high school and earned a full scholarship to Auburn University for gymnastics. Once Erin graduated, she was offered the Assistant Gymnastics Coach position while simultaneously gaining a Masters in Education for Exercise Science.
Dr. T and Erin met in college and upon our graduation they swiftly got married and moved to Naples. Dr. T. and Erin have been building their practice ever since and have helped many people reduce or completely relieve their spinal pain. Upon finding ScoliBrace five years ago and realizing it’s power and effectiveness in the practice, Erin and Dr. T. decided to fully immerse themselves to become the first ScoliCare Clinic in the United States. ScoliCare is now a great resource for the Southwest Florida community helping to change the lives of children and adults alike.

Danielle, a Colorado native, has always been passionate about athleticism and the outdoors. Her journey began in college, where as a collegiate softball player, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Driven by her fascination with the human body’s mechanics and performance enhancement, she attained a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. With 10 years of experience as a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist, Danielle possesses an extensive understanding of rehabilitation techniques and their impact on improving individuals’ quality of life. Beyond her role as a therapist, Danielle is a compassionate guide on the path to wellness. Whether coaching softball, hiking, paddle boarding, or exploring with her dog, she embraces every exciting opportunity Colorado offers. In the clinic, Danielle’s blend of expertise and empathy uplifts spirits and instils hope for a brighter future.

Ashley Monin is ScoliCare® Louisville Kentucky’s Scoliosis Rehabilitation Therapist. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a master’s degree in Biomechanics from the University of Kentucky. After completing her degrees, she moved back to Bardstown, Kentucky with her now husband and worked in pharmacy operations. After the birth of her daughter, Ashley decided on a career change. With the exercise and biomechanical background that Ashley’s passion for helping others, her drive to grow personally and professionally, make her a great addition to the ScoliCare® Louisville team.

Rebekah graduated from the University of Louisville in 2021 where she received her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance with a track in Exercise Science. She has always been intrigued by human anatomy and how it works! She wants to help people learn how to manage their care through ScoliBalance. Her motivation is to help assess patient progress, and help you meet your goals! In her free time, she loves to read and go to the lake with her husband and dog.

Sadie Rose
Sadie is a dedicated Scoliosis Rehabilitation Therapist with a degree in Kinesiology and a diverse background that includes coaching and teaching dance, along with hands-on patient experience as a chiropractic assistant.
Her experience in coaching provides her with a keen eye for movement patterns, while her chiropractic background provides valuable insights into spinal alignment and corrective techniques. This unique combination allows her to develop personalized scoliosis and hyperkyphosis rehabilitation programs that are both individialized and effective.
Sadie is passionate about helping individuals with scoliosis to improve their posture, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, teaching dance, and spending time with her friends and family.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys crafting, painting, and quilting. She is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother who cherishes time with her family.

Wendy joined Dr. Anthony and Dr. Patricia’s team in 2019 and serves as the ‘anchor’ of the front office. Alongside managing tasks like answering phones, scheduling, and billing, Wendy ensures each patient receives the individualized attention they deserve. In her free time, she enjoys walking, swimming, sewing, and staying active.

Gwen has worked with a wide range of doctors, including orthopaedic surgeons. She has a sound understanding and knowledge in the medical field. She has also been a Personal Trainer for the last 15 years, with a special interest in rehabilitation of injuries and chronic conditions.
Gwen is relatable and empathetic. She is a mum of two and can empathise with the struggles and stress scoliosis can cause parents and children.
